Duck Breast stuffed with Asparagus, with Braise Cabbage and Pilaf Rice served with Gastrique Sauce and Green Oil (06/05/2010)


- Rice was smashed.
- Rice was not in actual colour.
- Cabbage was last colour and should be julienne .
- Vegetable in rice should cut in small dice size.
- Doneness of the meat is ok.
- Presentation of the dish still can do more better.

Done by my lovely's classmates...
